Letting go of perfectionism and cultivating self-compassion.
Letting go of numbing and powerlessness and cultivating a resilient spirit.
This workshop is designed to help you dig into your courage and embrace your imperfections. We will do some meaningful exercises to help you understand how to accept and celebrate imperfections as well as give you tools to help you deal with perfectionism itself. We will learn how to let go of the expectations of others. This is more than a book review – this will be an interactive workshop that encourages and inspires you to be more of yourself – your best self.
